This Privacy Policy covers Piing's treatment of Personal Information (as defined herein) that Piing gathers when You access the Site and when You use any part of the Service. This Privacy Policy applies to persons anywhere in the world who access the Site (as defined herein) and/or use Our Services (as defined herein). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Piing does not own or control, or to individuals that Piing does not employ or manage. In this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified, "Information" shall mean Personal Information, Submitted Information and any other information provided by You while accessing, using or availing Services at the Site; "Personal Information" shall mean data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. "Services" shall mean any service offered by Piing and listed on the Site. "We", "Us" or "Our/s" refers to Piing and the users of this Site shall be referred to as "You", "Your" or "User". Terms not defined here shall have the meaning as provided in Piing's Terms of Service, found at Terms of Service , and shall be deemed to be incorporated in this Privacy Policy by reference.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
We will collect any information related to You only on a need to know basis and that which is relevant to the nature of Our business and Services provided or proposed to be provided to You. We may also collect Your information related to preferred payment options, personal preferences for Services etc. provided by You to use the Site or when You participate in any surveys that We conduct here or when You post messages or communicate with Us. When You request any of Our Services, We will also collect all information pertaining to the request for Services, including but not limited to Your location information, and other relevant details in order for us to adequately provide Our Services to You.

You may register for an Account by providing certain Personal Information or by allowing Us to access Your name and other profile information through existing accounts You may have on various social networking websites or email account. If You register for an Account on the Site using Your social media account or email account, You also agree to provide Us access and permission to use the information You have voluntarily provided to the social media provider or email service provider in accordance with their privacy policies, including but not limited to Your first name, Your user profile information, and Your gender (collectively, Your "Submitted Information"). We will manage the Submitted Information in accordance with Piing's Privacy Policy. We advise You to carefully read the terms of use and any other policies of the social media provider or email service provider that You access the Services through, and accept these policies prior to accessing and using the Services. We encourage You to give Us current, complete, and accurate information, including Personal Information, and to keep such information up to date. You can update Your Personal Information at any time by accessing Your Account. We will not be responsible for any problems or liability related to inaccurate or incomplete Personal Information, whether due to Your failure to update such Personal Information or otherwise.
Location Information: When You use Our Services, We collect location data about You. If You permit Our mobile app to access location services through the permission system used by Your mobile operating system on Your device, We may also collect location data from Your device when Our mobile app is running on Your device. We may also derive Your approximate location from Your IP address. Log Information: Certain information may be collected each time You access the Site, including but not limited to IP address, access date and time, system activity, operating system of Your system, type of browser, and the third party site or app You were accessing prior to accessing the Site. Such information may be stored in server logs. These statistics do not identify You personally, but provide Us the information regarding Your visit to the Site and the type of user who is accessing Our Site and certain browsing activities by You.

In addition, if another person uses a promotional code that is associated with You or Your Account, We may collect information relating to such use.
When You use Our Services, We use an online payment provider that is operated by a third party. Payments that You make for Our Services will be carried out and processed by this third party payment provider. Your sensitive financial details, including but not limited to your debit or credit card details, are processed by and stored with this payment provider, and not Us in any way. We may receive the last 4 (four) digits of your card number from the payment provider solely for the purposes of displaying the number as part of Your payment details in Your Account, for Your identification of Your chosen payment method. This in no way discloses Your financial details in full to Us. The said payment provider may also have access to Your transaction history with Us relating to Your purchase of Our Services. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized access, disclosure or other use or misuse of your sensitive financial details. In such event, We are not liable for any unauthorized access to Your financial details details and disclosure of the same. We would suggest that You be cautious of phishing, wireless identity theft and other third party theft or use of Your sensitive financial information. .

You will also be able to access Your Account information, including but not limited to Your Account login details, Piing PIN, and any Piing credits associated with Your Account. We will not assume any liability for the misuse of Your Account or the associated Account Information and Personal Information.
USE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION
Use of Your Information: Piing may use the Information collected from You and about You to:
Improve and enhance Your user experience on the Site and provide better delivery of Services, including but not limited to sending receipts, sending relevant information to You (where there has been no objection to such communication) such as product updates and mandatory or discretionary notices, personalizing the Services, and developing new features;
Manage and administer Your Account with Us;
Deliver Your items to You as per the Services described, which You have purchased through the Site. We may pass Your personal information on to a third party in order to facilitate the execution of the Services and/or delivery to You;

Disclosure of Personal Information: Please note that Piing shall not disclose, sell, lease, or provide paid access to Your Personal Information to third parties without Your consent and contrary to what is described in this Privacy Policy. Except as described in this Privacy Policy, Your Personal Information will be used only by Piing and its controlled subsidiaries, affiliates and other business partners contractually bound by non disclosure norms of this Privacy Policy. By accessing Your Account or agreeing to participate in surveys or reviews, You may choose to share Your Personal Information with select Piing partners so that they can contact You about their respective products, services or offers. Piing may hire other companies to provide limited communication and administrative services on behalf of Piing such as hosting Sites, customer support, processing and delivery of mailings, or payment gateway and processing services. Security of Personal Information: The Personal Information Piing collects is securely stored within Our database, and We use standard, industry-wide practices such as firewalls, encryption, and (in certain areas) Secure Socket Layers ("SSL") for protecting Your Information. However, no security system is impenetrable. Piing cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can We guarantee that information You supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to Piing over the Internet.
Login Details: Your login details (username and password of Account with Us) are personal to You and You shall ensure/maintain the confidentiality of the same. Piing recommends that You should not disclose Your password to anyone. We will not share the access details of Your Account with anyone. We will also not assume any liability for misuse of Your access details.
Analysis of Information by Third Parties: Piing may use third party analytics providers and products to collect, obtain, use, compile and analyze Information about how Users are using and interacting with Piing, the Site and/or the Services. Piing may provide Information to these analytics providers for the purpose of obtaining statistics and other information about how users are using and interacting with Piing. These analytics providers may use a variety of established or new tracking technologies or tools (including, without limitation, cookies, web beacons, HTTP cache, local shared objects and persistent identifiers) to recognize Your computer or device and/or to collect or compile this information. Child Security: The Site and the Services are intended for general audiences above 18 years of age and Piing does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children and minors. During the registration process for an Account, Piing collects age information, and if users identify themselves as under 18 years of age, Piing blocks such users from providing personal information. However, Piing shall not be responsible for identifying or protecting the interests of users who provide incorrect or inadequate Personal Information at the time of creating their Account.
Email Communications: Upon registration for an Account or using the Services provided by Piing, We may send You daily or weekly emails. If You do not want to receive email or other mail from Us, please notify Us by email at support@piing.com.sg and include sufficient information for Us to identify Your Account, including Your name, email address and the specifics of Your request. However, after You unsubscribe to cease receiving emails, Piing may still contact You via email for administrative or informational purposes, including messages regarding the administration of Your Account and/or any Services or events to which You have registered.
Cookies: The acceptance of cookies is not a requirement for visiting the Site. However, We would like to point out that facilitation of faster and customized Services on the Site and ordering is only possible with the activation of cookies.
